Some moves we schedule are for a load/unload only. Maybe the customer already has a POD or a truck. It would be great to be able to opt out of entering destination information. Maybe there can be a check box that we click so the system knows the job is strictly load/unload. Then, by the time we get to page 6-quote, the system will have our labor only prices already set up.

Display date and time job notes were added to the estimate.

When adding a new inventory item in "manage estimate settings" I will sometimes search for a similar item for cube and weight. We have to scroll through all 400 or so items. Adding a search option would be helpful.

Need ability to change the sales rep on an estimate. For example, we may provide an initial estimate for a customer, who we then schedule for an in home survey. The sales rep who completes the survey should receive credit for the sale when the customer books. Instead of editing the preliminary estimate, you need to create a new one in order to be able to show the correct sales person.

Having the tablet be able to calculate overtime hours. anything after 8 hours is time and half, right now the crew has to manually calculate overtime hours.

It would be helpful to have 2 seperate places for our movers to download pics. One labelled pick up (where they can doccument any pre-existing damage). and one for delivery. As there is no time stamp on the pics it can be a debate with the customer as to wether the damage was caused by us or already there.

If a customer texts cancel, it auto unsubscribes them. So even if they rebook/reschedule, they don't get texts, and that is just silly.

Once we or the customer enters their info we can then click on "estimate or "schedule a Survey" this automatically will send the customer the details for their in-home survey. How about one for virtuals? Even better intergrate "LiveSwitch" into the system so we are redirected.

If it can be mad that the crew lead can change the materials on tablet by being able to type the number in instead of having to sit and push the arrow to the correct amount would be very helpful in making sure numbers are correct. Especially on big jobs where they have to use 100+ of the same type of box.
