Very difficult on the customer side. On our side why when I add a custom item does it not ad to the list for the future use, why is there only 1 option for a sofa, no floor lamps, just compared to other systems I've used, very small not detailed inventory list maybe add some pictures for quick ref for estimators and customers. After 6 years of using you guys The inventory list/options has not been updated or improved at all. A lot of times I use other items like a dresser to get close to item not in list then customer freaks out I don't have 6 Dressers, no sorry sir my inventory system is limited on selection its for this or that. another example for a queen bed I have to type king cant type queen. makes no sense.

Right now when you schedule a virtual survey the estimator gets an email hat says you are scheduled to do an In Home Estimate. Would be nice if it said Virtual estimate.

We love the app but dislike BOL V2. Would love the use the App with BOL V1.

I believe having an open API would greatly enhance the CRM's capabilities by allowing custom integrations. This would enable businesses to incorporate various tools and features, such as AI tools, that can significantly improve operations and marketing strategies. The current closed API limits these possibilities, which is a drawback compared to other CRM platforms offering open API access.

The ability to add multiple hourly rates for a move. (For Example: Being able to choose a rate for 5 movers from 8am to 2pm and then choosing a different rate for 3 movers from 2pm to 4:30pm.) It would make it more efficient in terms of charging the customer

It would be helpful if the calendar was vertical and not horizontal. It would be helpful if we could schedule from 7am-5pm instead of 12am-11pm.

When opening a date in the office schedule, appointments should be listed in chronological order by time, not by when the appointment was scheduled

The client portal looks dated and hasn't been updated in years. I'd like to see a refresh focusing on the customer experience and having a skilled user interface expert lay it out, noting colors, design and readability. Currently the grey writing is challenging for clients to read especially on mobile devices. I've had complaints that it looks almost optional since its "greyed out." The customer portal hasn't been updated in years and should be constantly updated to ensure its as clear and up to date as possible especially when competitors have new and improved designs.

I would like Lion Den to have the capability to receive and reply to emails from customers. Currently, this feature is not available, and it would greatly enhance our communication efficiency if we could manage customer emails directly through Lion Den.

Is there any chance you can add the city/town name to the schedules-office calendar information?
