There should be an option for "date not available". When opening a lead and calling the client and they are requesting a date we are at capacity. If I click on not interested, it shows up as an estimate in my dashboard. Which then counts against my sales numbers and reflects a lower closing ratio

I would like a way to reorganize the stops on a move. I bid a job with stops at 4 addresses in a specific order. At the time of booking they added another stop and wanted it first. Currently there is no way to do that without reentering all the information.

Adding additional colors to the calendar. If we could get 6-7 additional colors that would be really helpful for us. Our office color codes everything and we are making it work the 9 current colors but if there were a few more colors to choose from it would great.

Would be nice to have auto correct or built-in spellcheck or auto-complete when typing on MIP.

As of right now there is no good way to view how many hours movers and drivers are scheduled to work each week at one time. It would be helpful if we had a way to view how many hours an employee is scheduled for. If we had a report or area we could view how many hours each employee was scheduled without looking at each day manually it will help spread hours move evenly through out the week.

Include dispatch time in the time for the job rather than just the move hours, or add the options to add an amount of time before job.

I would like Lion Den to have the capability to receive and reply to emails from customers. Currently, this feature is not available, and it would greatly enhance our communication efficiency if we could manage customer emails directly through Lion Den.

When I look at today on my calendar I have 3 surveys. I can see the address but not unit number, apartment number, etc. Is there a way to have this field added to this area?

Add elevator type to Step 1 when “Yes” is selected. Require users to choose freight or standard and allow input for any time restrictions. Freight elevators should assume faster move times and higher capacity, while standard elevators should account for slower trips and limitations to improve estimate and scheduling accuracy.

We have several contractors that use us and we can have many moves scheduled under that project manager. If there was a way that on front profile page in the recent estimates area we could add in a spot to write a note like "Smith move" or "Brown move" ect that way when the project manager calls we can easily figure out which move we need to click on instead of having to open each one.
