Option to eliminate "request move date" from portal

We find that most of the time our "request move date" notifications happen the same time they sign the estimate. It usually is a mistake on the customer's end, and we would prefer for them to call us directly about moving the date after sending estimate.

You can now disable the 'Request Move Date' button by going to Manage > Estimate Settings > Main Estimate Settings > Customer Portal. Just make sure to uncheck the 'Request Move Date' field.
