Keep Original Estimate Date & Track Customer Date Change Requests

When a customer requests a new move date through their portal, the system currently replaces the original date on the estimate. This removes our ability to see what date the estimate was originally sent for.
We need the original move date to always remain visible, along with a simple history of any date change requests and when they were submitted. New dates should show as requests until approved, not automatically overwrite the original schedule.
This would help prevent scheduling errors and keep a clear record of customer requested changes.

We are actively developing this feature. It will appear as an event note on the estimate with the original date and requested move date information.
