Same As Origin or NA Button

This may be the simple choice for on site, labor only, in house 1 location only moves.
After origin and next to destination have a SAME AS or NOT APPLICABLE (NA) button. Reduces duplication, copy & paste, typo errors, etc. Will make it easier for teams in the field to see there is to be only 1 address and same as customers when reviewing estimates

On step 1 of the estimate under the Destination Address, there is now a 'Same as Origin' checkbox that will copy over all of the Origin Address information and put it in the Destination fields.
