Inventory management is a mess. Why do we not have the ability to sort inventory (alphabetically, for example) to make things easier to find when making changes. If there is a way to do this, I've not been made aware of it. Having pictures as reference for items would also be a huge help - especially for customers attempting to enter their own inventory online. I appreciate that while using inventory management there are notes available for each item... but why can't we see these when entering inventory on an estimate? Again, that would be a huge help for customers.
