Very difficult on the customer side.

On our side why when I add a custom item does it not ad to the list for the future use, why is there only 1 option for a sofa, no floor lamps, just compared to other systems I've used, very small not detailed inventory list maybe add some pictures for quick ref for estimators and customers. After 6 years of using you guys The inventory list/options has not been updated or improved at all. A lot of times I use other items like a dresser to get close to item not in list then customer freaks out I don't have 6 Dressers, no sorry sir my inventory system is limited on selection its for this or that. another example for a queen bed I have to type king cant type queen. makes no sense.
